I would recommend switching around the tab progression. Try switching were “Vendors” and “Jobs” is, tab progression is typically done by importance and placement is everything. And might I recommend moving “Invite” to the upper menu by “Profile” and “Logout”? Also, once there are more members I would recommend having a drop down menu divided by departments (i.e. Camera, Production, G&E, Editorial, etc.).
